Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Never leave important drives attached when installing, just good hygiene.
A mis click or typo and you wipe the drive no questions asked. Just a good practice. Or windows tries to encrypt it.
no, but it likes to randomly put the efi onto on random drives or you may get confused and do something to it. so, be safe and unplug it, or dont, im not your mom....
so i recently had to replace an aging power supply in my parents computer which uses a graphics card with 2 x 6pin pci-e. so no problem. i end up going with an MSI MPG A850GS which is ATX 3.1 and both 80 plus Gold and Cybenetics Gold. reviews...
I'll believe it when I see it.
I was on a flight in the late 90's from Paris to Tokyo sitting next to the lead of a Fusion project (I don't recall which) and he was telling me it was less than 10 years out. I'm still waiting, but will be...
I don't like RGB in my PC but my entire computer room (and house) has the color changing Hue lights to sync the colors when playing games or watching movies when I want lol 😁
RGB has taken hobbyist world by storm and as a 30s something, I still prefer just the clean sleek look of a dark black box on my desk. No lights except the blinking LEDs on the front of my case. Honestly it makes hunting for parts easier that's...
For sure - I'm much more of a fan of a minimalist case these days. I'm even finding a 'windowed' case a bit bothersome and would prefer a closed case (or even better, mesh).
Cable management? That's different, and it'd bother me very much if...
These things are basically dummy displays. Has an edid rom to say its a display, might do whatever else to sync, and drops the bitstream on the floor.
Can be super handy for convincing computers to do what you want, when what you want isn't...
k. the usb and hdmi audio must be tied, when theres no video output the audio dumbs down. i wonder if one of these would work to keep the dtsx/atmos enabled.

Generally have really good results with USPS freight or parcels. First class not so much. Sent birthday card to BIL from western Texas to central Texas. 326 miles. 22 days! Arrived almost two weeks after his birthday. And mailed it almost 2...
All boxes forever; unless it is huge like an appliance or subwoofer box. You know, I might need them one day. The smaller boxes actually become part of the decoration and the big ones can be used as shelves. Single here. Not sure any...
Too long. Last month I finally decided to get rid of all the boxes of stuff I don't intend to ever sell. But most things (pc parts) I end up selling down the road, and hang onto the boxes for shipping, and because I think it looks a little better...
