No Microcenter in your area I take it? They are the kings of the cpu/motherboard combos, but those deals are in-store only. I'd offer to pick something up for you, but tax+shipping would negate the savings vs online.

Edit - having said that, if you were willing to lower your standards, I have an FX-8320e + 32gb system I've been too lazy to part out and list on FS/FT. Not great, but has 8 threads anyway and like half the price.
