Looks it's the 500GB one at that price.Newegg has the Western Digital WD BLACK SN850 1TB NVMe on sale for $94.99 after instant rebate.
This has to be the cheapest I've seen for this drive, and one of the best deals for a top-performing PCIE 4.0 x4 drive.
