VR Funhouse has been a rousing success, with over 165,000 downloads on Steam, and now it’s also available on the Oculus Store. One thing VR gamers asked us for was the ability to track their achievements through Steam so today we are giving them that chance. Now you can compete for highest score and your player achievements will be tracked while you play VR Funhouse. Just download the latest VR Funhouse update on Steam, and Steam Achievements will be waiting for you.
We also recently opened up VR house to the modding community, and we have even created a few mods of our own. Today we’re releasing our latest mod, which adds some holiday charm to VR Funhouse, which you can download now on our Steam Workshop Page.
Our VR Funhouse Mod Kit, allows modders to access the game’s UE4 blueprints and assets, and create mods and new levels to share with the world via Steam Workshop. We’ve enjoyed working with the UE4 developer modding community and are excited to highlight that there are now several VR Funhouse mods to play on our Steam Workshop page, including some incredible mods created at the VR Funhouse Game Jam that took place in September. We are kicking off a developer how-to session on Twitch to help the VR community build great experiences. First session is Friday, September 16th at 1:00 pm PST, via our channel.
