Anyone else playing this? Really enjoying it and its more accessible than Sunless Seas.

The art work is especially gorgeous, and conveys height/depth really nicely.
 
I bought it but I was putting it off until the Sovereign update or whatever it's called.. but I might just have to play it because that seems to be taking forever.
 
Yeah I am looking fwd to that update bc I play w a controller and the ui is a bit opaque at present for controller support (though it does work...I am able to play just fine once I figured it out) but other than that I am loving it. Think the game is already feature complete. Sovereign fixes some bugs and does some rebalancing in addition o better controller support in the UI. No reason you can't begin now.
 
Reviving Is this old thread. I resumed playing this a few weeks ago and it's really impressive. It may be a little too slow for some of the folks here but the design and the writing, sound, and the visuals are outstanding.
 
I started playing this and enjoyed it. Then the devs posted an ad online saying they were hiring, but they were only interested in interviewing people with a certain color skin. Uninstalled, and removed from my Steam library.
