I'll bite. Nice to see where everyone does their thing. I always loved the look of a nice crisp clean workstation, but i could never get mine to stay clean...it's a bit more messy than usual, doing some pre-spring cleaning, selling stuff I dont use anymore.

Anyway here we go (a few non macs stuck in there). From bottom left corner, MythTV box, old TBird 850, 300GB HD, on top of that is a 1700+ MP system, S2460, not really being used for anything right now, maybe OTA HD DVR. To the right is a Digital Audio Powermac, Dual 1.8Ghz G4s, a gig of ram, Radeon 9600 pro, and some pretty ghetto cooling (need to work that out...). Then 17" LCD. Then 12" 1.5Ghz Powerbook, on top of an old G3 iBook (for sale :D). All controled by Synergy (love that app.)

And a 60gb 5G iPod and a 512mb Shuffle in the front.

I need more storage and LCD love.
looks nice, some nice machines there. Dont worry about neatness, we wont burn you abou it.......much :D

Specs from the left :

Apple mac cube converted into a mini-itx pc fileserver. It has 2 x 250gb hard drives and stores all my movies etc.

Mac Mini with a lacie mini hard drive underneath, this is my gf's machine and has a back drive with 500gb for my file server.

Apple MacBook pro is my latest machine I only got it last friday , its the 2.0ghz Dual Core model with 2gb of ram a x1600 graphics card and a 100gb hard drive.

Xbox 360 is next, I've been mainly playing kameo and nfs:mw on this for the last few weeks.

Finally my pc, this is a custom built shuttle system with a P4 3.0ghz (running at 3.6ghz) 250gb hard drive, an X800XT gfx card and sony dvd writer.

There's a ipod video 30gb next to the MBP as well.

awesome setup gordy hand hows the MBP faster than the mini :p

Noticably but tbh I've not really tested either out fully. The mini gets mainly used for msn and surfing. MBP is only 5days old so I'm still setting everything up. So far all is well no noticable bugs, only the odd wireless issue but other than that its ace.

Soo did you got one today? :D
OMG i wish. My mom was telling we would go today, and then today my dad said that i dont really need one right away and that we'll think about it in a couple months. I was so pissed off. They think that it's a bad idea to buy something that is brand new and i should wait for apple to work the kinks out. I said that i havent heard of any problems, other than heat which is normal for any laptop. And so i got them to agree to take me to the apple store this weekend to look at the macbooks again and ask more about the financing and mac-windows compatibility. I DONT WANT TO WAIT!!!

that'd be nice but I use a bluetooth keyboard/mouse on the mac. So does that give me any options?

I bet if you get a regular KVM and then use a D-Link Bluetooth adapter connected to the
KVM that would work. Many wires --- KVM -- D-LINK --- single keyboard and mouse (simple diagram) :D Another sol. may be use RF Mx1000 w/ RF keyboard. Instead of bluetooth go RF.

I'm using an IO Gear MiniView to retain my dual view (although I have three monitors) between my PC and Mac.
