PCI-E 4x hurt a GTX260 physics?

Updated my mobo to a M5A97 Evo and have one 16x PCI-E and one 4x. If using a GTX260 192SP be screwy if using a 4x bus?

From the spec sheet:
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (blue)
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (x4 mode, black)

It will not hurt performance; PhysX has very low bandwidth requirements
