So one day when I was playing on my computer on a regular day. I went to turn it on then played a bit. Saw it froze after I was gonna play league of legends, but then it froze so I held the power button to shut it down. Waited a bit but it didn't wanna turn back on. So I went to googling and had a friends and some other people on what the problem was. Then I was suggested to RMA the mother board so I did. I got the new motherboard back was able to play it again, but it happened again. Shortly after getting the motherboard from RMA. Like 3 hours after getting it.
Problem: -The computer doesn't seems to have keyboard, monitor or mouse to respond
- I can't clear cmos or reset or whatever
Details: -the keyboard and power button LED are on when I turn the computer on.
-however the keyboard led is on constantly even if the computer is not on and only not lit up when the power cord is unplugged
Tried Solutions: -I have RMA'd the motherboard
-Cleaned every piece of dust from case, psu, graphics card Andrew motherboard
- reseated the ram sticks
- made sure everything was connected correctly
All of my parts are here:

And I can add more info like my mouse, keyboard and etc. if I need to.
I am a complete noob at this please help. And I don't think it's the motherboard either
