Lot of watt but having over 800mm of die to heatsink surface will help at least.

80 billions / 814 mm² = 98.3 millions transistor by mm² (700 watt)
vs GA100 (A100 GPU on tsmc 7nm)
54.2 billions / 826 mm² = 65.6 millions transistor by mm² (400 watt)
vs Ampere GA102
28.3 billions / 628 mm² = 45 millions transistor by mm² (350 watt)
