Need Help: Looking for best i925X Mobo: Abit or ASUS

Ok... I was comparing motherboards and these are my choices...
I need good speed, good OCing, and good stability.
Now I am well aware of all the situations and stuff of the 925 chipset, I am just asking your opinion on overall mobo.

Asus P5AD2 Premium

or

Abit AA8 DuraMAX

Price is no option, however I know from expirance more expinsive isnt always better.

also, Does the 925X Chipset have the same problem as the 875 where if you filled all 4 slots with ram, PAT didnt work?

Both boards got great reviews and both boards are great overclockers, however in my opinion, I would go with the Abit AA8.
