Need a quick recommendation on an 875 chipset board

Heres the deal, I ordered an IC7 but recently decided I will probably need more than 2.7 vdimm for the OC I want to reach. So I need a higher vdimm.

What 875 boards would you all recommend that OC's well and has a higher than 2.8 vdimm?

Zalman 7000CU
Zalman NB heatsink
OCZ PC3700 EB (2x512)
WD 10k rpm, 74gig Raptor
