Nobody is going to buy those cards if they do I question their sanity. Scalpers don't even know their street value.Yeah and about half(made up number to exagerate the situation that's pretty bad already) put them up on Ebay before they left the parking lot.

That pic shows dumbasses buying these cards at around $1000. If you want the in had pics look on ebay, I shit you not there was one with a greasy paper bag next to it.That pic implies they are confirmed orders.. not cards in hand lol
People are dropping $1200-1500 on 3080s. These will unfortunately sell at $800-900 easily.Nobody is going to buy those cards if they do I question their sanity. Scalpers don't even know their street value.
Those are buy it now purchases, you can't end them like that without actually checking out(minus the 1 1200 outlier and 930 were ended early with offers that you still have to check out)Nobody is going to buy those cards if they do I question their sanity. Scalpers don't even know their street value.

It was feast or famine. Some stores had colossal amounts north of 100 with pics, a few with 0 and some with 10+. It looked like they made a few photo ops on purpose. How's actual stock in store at Microcenter?
I agree, this is pathetic people are willing to hand them 500+ dollars and all they have to do is put them on the shelf. It looks like the reality is NOT 300k of even 3070 3080 and 3090 combined... I'd be surprised if 25k made it to stores within a week.
Not in stock any more. That price is disguting, even for the Strix tax.https://www.microcenter.com/product...cked-dual-fan-8gb-gddr6-pcie-40-graphics-card
$629 for this 3070 in stock at MC. thought they were $499?

Whew. Got myself a 3080 from Newegg - processing right now. Gigabyte bundle, so now I've got a spare (?!?) 850W power supply. I'm sure I'll find something to do with it.
yeah, a $100 premium is a small price to pay to get a card, and you actually get something for it.Looks like everyone wised up to the combos because they're all OOS also.
Yeah, but they lasted more than 1ms too. And definitely use paypal, their normal checkout was frozen - but paypal went right throughLooks like everyone wised up to the combos because they're all OOS also.
Spare PSU is always handy, and if not, betcha you can sell it here for 60-80... and with the $30 discount on the bundle, it's basically resetting the tax to 0 at least here... I'm happy with the deal.yeah, a $100 premium is a small price to pay to get a card, and you actually get something for it.
Aye, I got the same bundle. Hoping they ship. I see Paypal being charged. Good thing my 850W PSU for my next build is still within the return period. Glad I waited to start opening the packaging since I needed the 3080 and Zen 3 first. The PSU doesn't look too bad, so going to be running that on my next rig, lol.Yeah, but they lasted more than 1ms too. Spare PSU is better than dealing with scalpers. I also hit on a 5 second drop of the 3070. Going to be passing that to my buddy's build as he's sitting on a temporary 5700XT on his new rig. Passing the good karma all around.Spare PSU is always handy, and if not, betcha you can sell it here for 60-80... and with the $30 discount on the bundle, it's basically resetting the tax to 0 at least here... Newegg is slowly showing stock on Gigabyte. Go camp on it!!!

Bundle deals tho, but it's still not bad. Keep refreshing, make sure to checkout via Paypal for faster exit strategy.

Yeah, mine shows processed now and in packaging - that's the trick to watch for with Newegg normally. Means they validated you against inventory, and are packaging it now. And agreed on the scalpers. I briefly debated on an eBay 3080 for 1200 even, but had decided to wait. Got in today and my laptop had distill/discord go off, because I hadn't shut it off yet. Passing down the karma, good for you! Everybody wins in those scenario.Yeah, mine shows processed now and in packaging - that's the trick to watch for with Newegg normally. Looks like the 3080 and 3090 are getting a CoD Cold War bundle (+GeForce Now).
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/campaigns/cod-black-ops-cold-war-bundle/
Game code offer good beginning October 30, 2020 through December 10, 2020 or while supplies last ... Redemption period ends on January 11, 2021.
Not really a CoD fan outside of Warzone but probably would have preferred that to Watch Dogs, not a bad bundle title.
If I manage to get a card this month I'll do that trade for the WD key by itself lol.I'll trade my Watch Dogs code + $10 for a COD code if anyone is interested.

In line? Good luck, let us know.In line at Microcenter, they had an eVga 3080 in stock $769.
you pick it up, I guarantee you can sell it here and even make a little for the effort. Don't scalp, but you could easily ask for $50-100 more and no one would blink. In line at Microcenter, they had an eVga 3080 in stock $769.
I'll trade my WD code plus $0 for a CoD code.If I manage to get a card this month I'll do that trade for the WD key by itself lol.
CoD is useless to me...
