and for Kingston HyperX Fury series, would it able to step down to 2133MHz?

In that case you should be able to enable XMP in the BIOS and run at 2666 instead of hobbling at 2133. Run memtest86 to be sure it is stable either way.
Make sure the BIOS is flashed to the latest version before you start enabling XMP or testing stability.

Are you only running 1 module or did you just not put the "s" on the end of modules in the OP? Are you trying to mix and match sticks?

okay, I already have 3 x 2133MHz that the Asus ROG motherboard can support

the 4th module is a 1 x 2400MHz module, but that is NOT a Kingston Hyper X module, it's just a Kingston regular RAM w/o heat sink

Yesterday, I bought 1 x 2666Mhz module w/ Hyper X heat sink from Kingston, and I want to replace the 2400 cheap Kingston w/ the one that has heatsink. But I want to know if the PC can support it

I don't like XMP as it over clock the video card, makes it dies before its time. And I'm not playing PC games, so the extra speed won't make a difference

Well, all I can tell you is that you should be able to run 4 sticks of mix and match DDR4 at 2133 in an Asus ROG motherboard. I don't know why you went out and bought 1 random stick of memory. If anything you should have bought one to match the 3 you already have or 1 to match the other single you have. Now you have 3 different types of memory.

Either way, it shouldn't matter and you should be fine running a base rate 2133Mhz with just about any memory stick combination you throw in there.

update: I got it to work. The CPU is an old i5-6402p, so it only support up to 2133MHz. So what would XMP do if someone were to use XMP?

It only "officially" supports 2133. The MB makes a difference...that's why we asked for your whole system specs.
