25% more price for like 7% more performance. The big draw is that all the memory is apparently on the front side of the pcb AND they properly cooled it so mem temps are good.
Between 5-22 percent depending on game and overclock. Check the Gamer's Nexus Review.

The 3090 FTW3 is $1850, so it's 8% more money for 8% more performance. What a crime against humanity!
When you compare FE's its $1500 vs $2000.

If we're gunna cherry pick sku's this could get fun.

The kingpin 3090 is only $2120, so the 3090ti is 0.94% cheaper but gives you 8% more performance. What a crime against humanity!

I was comparing like-for-like. Looking across a few AIBs, the FE seems to be the exception - probably because the original was a loss leader which never had its price adjusted after Nvidia stopped shipping them in early '21 or late '20.

On the waiting list for the hydro copper version. It took over 8 months to get the 3090 HC version!

I've seen people buy FE 3090's as late as last month, what source said they stopped shipping them in 20/21?

My local BB had 3090 FE's 2 weeks ago.

I want to know what the physical differences on the PCB are to differentiate the FTW vs Gaming vs Ultra Gaming, or if it's just overclocking.

On EVGA's original lineup of 3080's, there were actually some capacitor differences on the "higher" models, nowhere near enough justify the inbuilt prices increases... but there was something.

Not sure about differences on the PCB's, but there is chip binning between the black & FTW models on the 3090 ti according to GN

Oh times have changed. I really want one of these but I might just wait until next gen, or even pick up a 3xxx card used for a good price to get me by until then. I also have a 1080Ti to sell.

I thought about stepping my 3080 Ti up to the 3090 Ti card and I'm actually in the queue. I see they are in stock but no notification for me. I have a 3090 on order somewhere else and will just move the 3080 Ti to my back up PC.

Hell of a back up PC.

I haven't had much problem finding in-stock cards lately, that said they're still over priced. It is tempting to snatch one simply because it's been so long that you can go to a site and simply add to cart. But if I'm going to over-spend on a card at this stage, it's going to be for Ada.

Some are overpriced I agree, but not all. Look at the EVGA 3090 that has a $1,800 msrp, and is $1,699 now.

Well to be fair, I think it’s overpriced even at MSRP. Perhaps if I was still rocking the 1080Ti the temptation would be too much to resist.

3090ti’s are in stock again. Going to hold off and see how the 4000 series is going to perform and price though. Bit silly to spend $2200 on a card and a few months from now be able to spend that same silly money on something better. Been waiting to built a new flight sim rig for the last two years because of the GPU situation. Few more months are not going to hurt.

I almost bought one of these because I'm getting that upgrade itch again, but my RTX 3080 is still kicking hard, so I think I would be disappointed. Still debating the Ryzen 5800x3D, though.

Man… and I thought my 3080 primary with a 2070 Super as backup was overkill…
My intention was 3080/3070 (gaming/VR), 6900xt (linux) and 6800 (workstation)… but between RMAs and hard to find…. Yeah. Ended up unexpected, especially since two are liquid cooked. Most of those won’t get upgraded for a LONG time though. Just the gaming box and the main workstation.

Please don't boil your GPU's!
Grilling is ok, though.
