I have the regular (non-RGB) H115i cooling my Ryzen 2700X and absolutely love it!
Wait though for one of Corsair's Refurb sales and get it there and save about 50% MSRP
I wish there was a similar 360mm version so I could side mount
/Very tight fit up top in my Corsair Air 540 case

$170 for yet another aluminum radiator. I get that a 5 year warranty is nice and all, but $170 can buy quite a bit of custom stuff, and I've been using the same pump/fans/radiators since 2007. Support your local [H] FS/FT.

On the bright side, I'm glad to hear positive things from [H] about the ML fans. I'm looking forward to the day when I'll finally get the chance to install the stack of ML120s I recently (read: like 7 months ago) purchased.

As long as I'm here:

This is good advice - support [H] Hot Deals and [H] FS/FT.

So just grab a 360 rad and some tubing (if even needed?) and make it hap'n, cap'n.

I really like the look of these, anyone know if the Radiator and fans will fit in a Corsair Carbide 300R Case?
A couple reviews, most notably this anandtech one, indicate that a 280mm rad will fit. Only potential issue I can see might be the choice of where the res/tube connector side goes. If you put it to the rear, it might interfere with the rear 120mm exhaust fan - if you put it to the front, it might interfere with the uppermost 5.25" bay, but only if you'd wanted to put in a long optical drive or something. The simple presence of 280mm rad mounting holes would suggest that Corsair is actively trying to make it possible, and they're unlikely to have messed up too terribly.

they have the 240 Premium version as well, slightly smaller than the 280.

agree but some of us are just lazy.. as much as i like the look of custom loops and have set some up in the past i just can't be bothered to deal with it anymore.. for me the price of AIO's justify the time i save. that being said i still think corsair AIO's are over priced when you can get the same performance out of a coolermaster ML240L for 60-70 dollars or the ML240R for 120. still deserves the award for performance though.

Excellent review. I have an older 115i in one of my builds, and I have a newer non-rgb version of the 110i in my latest build. Super solid products. The newer version did away with the clunky cpu bracket mounts and made them a breeze to install on my amd cpus. These are basically my goto coolers now. Both are in Corsair 400C cases, with a super easy install.

I ordered mine today for my new build. Had a 15% off Corsair.com coupon that I used on this and a couple other things. Plan on stuffing it in the top of my Crystal 280X case that was just delivered. My current build is 6 or 7 years old. Retiring my sweet sweet 4.5Mhz 2500K build and moving on to a smaller 2700X based build. And I'm going to RGB the piss out of it.

You all going to do a giveaway for this cooler? I think it would look nice installed at the top of my Air 740 case,

Loved seeing this review. I run a Corsair H110i which I think is pretty similar to the h115i reviewed today. The one beef I have with Corsair is distinguishing between their different coolers.

I did swap out the stock fans for a couple of Noctua fans and could not be happier. OK... so the Noctua fans are not the coolest looking fans but they are quiet

It looks like the Platinum pump is of different design than the Pro. Using CoolIT Systems vs Asetek.

I have the pro version myself (240mm version) and been good cooling so far. Have the lights set to green when temps are normal, yellow when getting hot, and red for overheating. :)

The Pro doesn't have the USB Disconnection issues the Platinum has

Look at the offcial thread
http://forum.corsair.com/v3/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=997567

You have awarded it an "Editor's choice Gold Award" while this product has a big firmware defect regarding it's USB-RGB implementation.

Do NOT buy it.
