Can you mod a 5600 non ultra?

I tried searching around the net to see if I can mod my Asus 5600 non ultra. Is there any way to mod it to ultra?

you could attempt to use coolbits to overclock your non ultra to a ultra. If stability issues occur, step back on the overclocking. the only differance between them should be clockspeeds

So the best way is just to overclock? What about Rivatuner or Powerstrip? Are those any good?
