Build a new PC, have two operating systems

I just finished building a new PC. Every time I turn on my computer it asks me if I want to log into Win 10 or Win 11. How do I disable Win 10 so it will automatically log me into Win 11?
 
it should give you the option to set the default one at the select screen. if it doesnt, reboot into advanced startup modes and it should be there.
