best gpu for $200ish

Any gpus out there for under $200 that can run Crysis @120+fps?

Even after the latest update that helped with CPU performance there are places where I still drop in the low 70s due to a CPU bottleneck with a 9900k so you better have something way way faster than that from a CPU standpoint if you want to keep 120 FPS.

I think you can get RTX 3060 12gb in FS forum. @ $235 andybe less.
