Your motherboard is on G.SKILL's QVL for the memory kit you're asking about: https://www.gskill.com/qvl/165/377/1640229422/F5-5600J4040C16GX2-RS5KF5-5600J4040C16GA2-RS5K-QVL

You can find GIGABYTE's memory support list on their global site: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z690-AORUS-PRO-rev-1x/support#support-memsup

HOWEVER, I can't remember the last time I bothered consulting a memory QVL. They include only a small sampling of kits that were available at the time of testing, and aren't very useful for purchasing decisions.

The short answer is yes, your RAM should work.

I want that rams:
https://www.gskill.com/qvl/165/184/1608538914/F4-4000C18D-32GVK-QVL

Why on QVL there are not listed ddr4 Gigabyte Z690 boards? Will they work with Gigabyte Z690 AORUS ELITE DDR4 LGA1700?

Yes, they will work with the DDR4 version of the motherboard. QVL is overrated. There are hundreds if not thousands of different DDR4 kits available, you can't reasonably expect Gigabyte to go through and test each new one that comes out on their motherboards.

I don't know if you will get Gear 1 to work at 4000MT or not, but it will work.

You'll probably need an LGA1700 adapter for your AIO cooler also.

You should probably just buy a prebuilt given your inept history with building your own.
