Amazon Live Allows Vendors to Live-stream Product Demos to Shoppers

Amazon Live is a platform for Amazon's own talent and professional sellers to live-stream product demonstrations to shoppers. Company representatives can see and answer questions from potential customers in real-time. Livestreams appear on Amazon.com on desktop, mobile, and Amazon's mobile app in prominent places such as product detail pages, the seller's Store, and on Amazon.com/live. Sellers can also pay to promote their livestream to reach even more customers. Live-streaming from China or Hong Kong is not supported at this time. The mobile app is currently iOS only and promoters can live-stream using their phone camera or through an encoder using a professional camera. Older content is available to be viewed at a later date.

During your livestream, shoppers can purchase your featured products in the carousel displayed next to your stream. Chat and interact directly with shoppers as they watch your livestream. Reach more shoppers on Amazon.com and build your brand through interactive livestreams.
