Generally have really good results with USPS freight or parcels. First class not so much. Sent birthday card to BIL from western Texas to central Texas. 326 miles. 22 days! Arrived almost two weeks after his birthday. And mailed it almost 2 weeks before the birthday. Not sure all the places that card went. Pretty sure Pony Express or Butterfield Overland could have beaten that time with ease. Likely walking with a pack mule would have been there sooner.

It is really great when the delivery attempted message is like 8:03am...meaning they know they have no intention of even trying.

We usually just get a tracking number update online that says that lol, no slip even!

Yeah, the same thing...8:03 delivery attempted is before they leave. Means they didn't load it.

It is so bad, that my dad doesn't even order Amazon stuff.
