FXAA/TXAA smooth an image out. They do not try to insert missing information where there is none.
This is what you get when you don't have AI inserting missing information. Play with the sliders all you want; without AI, information isn't just going to magically appear where there is none.
The Epic Games Store released on December 6, 2018, but that post is from November 30, 2018. And you're saying this is a receipt when it was done prior to EGS even existing?
I think you might be grasping at straws.
Did you watch the video? No amount of tweaking will fix those glaring issues; and as far as mitigating them, I don't see how they can mitigate them to the degree that an AI assisted upscaler does. As far as FSR improving quicker than DLSS, I suspect it will not. There is just no way for an...
Just watched the full DF video, and so far I gather FSR 2.0 is much better than FSR 1.0, but still not as good as DLSS. And it mostly runs faster on nvidia cards than on AMD cards with a few outliers depending on architecture and resolution. I guess we will have to wait for more titles to...
Found rumors of possible incoming releases, but there are no 11 series released as far as I can tell. If it never released, can it be considered a rebrand?
What I meant to say is that the GTX 670 was rebranded to the GTX 760 Ti, my apologies; but it was the last chip to be rebranded. I have since edited my post to correct it.
It was, you are correct.
Yup.
You're point? Nvidia's last rebrand was the GTX 670 which released May 10th, 2012. 4 days short of an entire decade ago. As opposed to AMD's which was the RX 455 released in June 30th of 2016.
Edit: The last nvidia card to be a rebrand is the GTX 760 Ti which released in 25th August, 2013 and...
It's actually very easy to see what monitors have g-sync certification as Nvidia even keeps a list of all g-sync ultimate, g-sync and g-sync compatible monitors on their own website, g-sync monitors.
Edit: Lakados beat me to it.
Only question that pops up in my head is if it's still better just to look for a gsync compatible certified monitor since those have at least been tested and certified to provide a good and basic, trouble free, tear free and stutter free gaming experience.
Is this bound to be any better than...
