IMHO, they're fine as long as they don't require 4+ slots and a kickstand. I still think the 4090 is ridiculous. If RT becomes a gaming requirement (which means, it's expected to work well in gaming consoles), then it could be a future issue...

Considering that just 6 month ago the 6950xt launched at $1100, how a 50% more performance for a 9% rebate would be worrying ? Say it is 60% better than the $1000 in 2020 dollars 6900xt, that would be Pascal generation type of boost, I feel...

Is there an option of using load to control fan speeds? I dislike the idea of just trying cool the chip as much as possible all the time. I like my rigs to shut up when they're not really doing much, but I dont mind a little noise when its...

I'm not entirely clear on how cooling works on these chips. Jesus said they ramp to 95c under (any?) load? How does fan curves work? Slightly confused here.
