Ok I tried all the settings. Manually set the timings, set the speed, set the SOC voltage (could get 1.2 but not 1.25) Also set the ram voltage to 1.4. Tired mixing and matching a bit but still no good

So I've been running an MSI X570 Gaming Edge Wifi board, 3900x and 32gb of corsair dominator 3200mhz ram for the last few years with 0 issues. Decided to get a 5950x from amazon warehouse over here as there was a good deal. So first 5950x I get..machine boots maybe twice, otherwise red CPU light...

I got the 7900XTX VAT free. so 900. I'm not going to complain

reading this thread as I'm about to pull the trigger. 4080 prices in europe are nuts I'm getting a Sapphire Nitro+ 7900XTX for 1077 euros. Closest 4080 is about 200 euros more think I'll get the AMD. If I don't like it...I can change

I have a good logic board for a 2017 MBP. Its the A1706 4TB port model with touchbar. Mine has the stupid flexgate issue. So looking for another chassis to put the board in. Very specific thing I know but a 2016/2017 chassis will work
