So far, the biggest thing i'm noticing with my 14 Pro over the 13 Pro over anything else, is the 5G reception. At least on T-Mobile it's substantially better, to the point that i'm noticing this upgrade over everything else thus far.

Sounds like a smart plan. The all-in cost of a 5950X+X570+DDR4 system is going to beat a 7900X/7950X+X670+DDR5 system in performance per dollar.
