Do you have Remote Play enabled on Steam? I heard people have the same problem but Remote Play was disabled.
Also it was a bit annoying to get the sound to come through my headset. I had to change my audio device in windows sound settings to...
It works really well. The foveated compression works really well with my Quest Pro eye tracking, I basically couldn't see it. I do have an extremely good Wifi 6E router and a 4090, so basically as high end as you can get for this. Extremely...
I got it for free with AMD bundle, and I've got a buttload of hours in it now. Mostly tweaking mods and building ships, because thats all the entertainment I need after I get home from work and just want to veg.
My current favorite:
As I recall, the games the neighbor "kids" (17, 20, and 22) play are League of Legends, Counter Strike, and similar esports titles. I think a 1080ti should be able to max out a 1080p 144hz display on those games, and honestly, I don't think any...
The best part about Tribes Ascend were the memes.

And when a super organized Reddit team that practiced a bunch got their ass kicked by a ragtag group of 4channers.
After watching the Official Gameplay above, I couldn't agree more. This screams Ascend Redux. Full release probably comes with all the annoying microtransactions that never scale to a $50 (or less) game. Gotta modernize it with loot boxes, right...
I didn't even know about the bumps there until you showed it.
I can't see those bumps on mine. If I push down on it with no pad on it using my bare hand I can feel them.
I use the hard pad on mine. I've had it for 5 years and I've gone...
All the multiplayer games are F2P now, so there will never be another Orange Box.
I'm kind of surprised they never made a new Team Fortress. When Overwatch came out it revitalized the genre, now there are all sorts of games like that. I...
It's funny that they made Half-Life 1, then Half-Life 2, then.... Nope not Half-Life 3
They decided to jump on hte episodic bandwagon and do episodic releases for Half-Life 2 and made Episode 1, and Episode 2, then.... abandoned episode 3...
Yeah I would say it's probably more cost and trouble than it's worth. It would probably be cheaper and work better to just get a full on receiver and have your speakers, TV, and PC connected to that.
If your TV has a headphone jack or RCA...
I used a sound blaster x-fi or something that had optical input to do that with my original xbox 20 years ago. It worked fine except for sometimes it would add a slight delay to the sound.
But why do you want to use optical input? It's...
That's a good solution. If you get desk that isn't as deep you can even have the screens mounted so they go lower than your desk for a better viewing angle. All you really need is enough room for your keyboard and mouse.
I just did triples and kept my vertical space. Luckily the only game I really play these days plays fine at the rez. (12k x 2k) Still debating swapping 3x40" 4k tv's to all 42" oleds. Just swapped the center monitor this weekend. The desk is...
I've been using a 48CX and will never go smaller. I just sit the same distance as I would a 24" 1080p screen.
It's like using 4 24" 1080p screens with no seems between, great for productivity. I don't use any scaling.
Then when I game it's...
