at least one of the parts is clearly faulty, otherwise it would be powering on and posting...i had to replace the power supply 3 times in the 10 years i had my 1366 setup. keep swapping parts till it sorted out is what i always did...i have no way of being positive that your motherboard is 100%...
but you can play all the maps right?:) I know i have because theres no way im joining a random picked map. I also dont see any real disadvantage with portal mode....they can kill off the other part of the game if you ask me:)
its has all the maps lol....what makes you think otherwise? honestly its not so much different than the other older bf games....there is never a guaranty you favorite map is gonna have a almost fully populated sever that has a great ping for your location but i very much remember bf4 being this...
it has a server browser.......but its located in the portal section...does the same thing. Doesnt change the fact this game has shit for populated server/games to join....there are quite a few empty or near empty which doesnt help
yea agreed....these newer chips are a bitch to cool...in hindsight i wish i had kept my thermalright ultra to at least test with:) it was very clear when it made good contact in those days...anyways my next chip SHOULD be easier to cool.(either a 5900 or 58003D) ought to have more contact area.
serious question.....does the cooler ever actually feel hot when stress testing? i remember back in the 1366 days my thermalright ultra would get scolding hot. these new coolers barley get warm for some reason. Are they some how dissipating the heat that fast or what?
i have run into certain hit and miss games that the amd drivers just dont function correctly with...they are usually a few years old and not super popular...in my case it was one of the far cry releases i bought for little to nothing and it was the same thing you are describing happening....only...
