Surprised at the amount of negativity in this thread. I was pleasantly surprised with everything I saw in the trailer. Looks to be a lot of fun, as someone said, looks to be what star citizen originally set out to be but with more RPG elements.
Going custom loop and adding the 3090. Have blocks from Optimus, have had them for a long time actually, just nervous about doing it. It will be my first time with hard loop, but not my first watercooling experience.
So as someone who mainly games on a 5800x I'm kind of gathering that this isn't the greatest upgrade in the world due to the loss of clockspeed? I am currently air cooled but will be going with a custom loop soon. What do you all think? Worth it or just stick with what I got. Will probably not...
I don't think it discolors, I think it turns clear. I don't have any videos to link, but I remember seeing people "add" the satin finish back by using fine sand paper afterwards on the area that turned clear from the heat

Just bought the game cause it was on sale, but like others, I'll be waiting for the additional DLC. I haven't played through even once, trying to hold off until they get the game closer to the original vision. Hopefully they add things back in to make the city feel more alive like public transit...
I used to have a qcode of AA while in windows. Shows 9E now after upgrading to 3801. No luck getting to 2000 IF still. What's everyone else's experience been on 3801?
