This ^^^ I had the same issue using Rufus, so now I don't check that box to use the new secure boot certs. I would suggest using Rufus to create the USB boot as the MS one probably is using the newer secure boot certs.
Bottom line - older games are usually better than the new games with all the fancy graphics and with a better story. As for DA, I won't buy it for $1. The last one for me was 2016 which was excellent. Even DOOM 3 was great.
