My '95 850 turbo got totalled after some dummy smashed the hell out of my car while i was parked several years ago. I had a lot of tuning and aftermarket stuff done to it. Got jack shit for it.
It was such a fun car with tons of life left at 250k miles.
I've seen some gpu miners do some funky stuff on their 3080/3090 backplates to keep VRAM temps down. like plopping an entire OEM intel/amd heatsink fan right on top and getting massive temperature decreases.
Honestly, it's something I would love to try... if I had a 3080!

I got a 2070 in my gaming PC and RX570 in my media server. They've been mining since beginning of the year and generated a cool couple grand. I leave my media server on 24/7 and gaming pc on almost as much.
